Does Toy Coin carry authentic products?

Yes, we only carry authentic products.  

Where are the stocks from?

We mainly source our stocks from local suppliers or Japan suppliers! Japanese stocks tend to arrive earlier than local ones, so if timing is crucial to you, please check with us before ordering.

How do we ensure the authencity of the items?

We are listed as Partnershops under Good Smile Company, VOLKS, Aniplex and Bandai Spirits. There is no way we would jeopardise our decade of reputation by selling non-authentic items.  

Do I need an account to place orders?

Yes. Having an account will be easier for you as well, as you can track the items that you have ordered previously

Why is a deposit needed for the items?

We need you to affirm your absolute commitment to purchasing the item.

What are the payment methods?

We have the following payment methods:

– Local Bank Transfer.
– PayNow, PayLah, PayAnyone.
– Credit Card/Paypal

Can I cancel my orders?

We do not allow cancellation or refunds. If the cancellation in a situation that a cancellation is approved, there will be a 20% cancellation fee applied.

Can we pay the deposit amount in cash?

No, we are unable to meet you to collect deposits. Any deposit payment is advisable to pay via the available methods mentioned above.

Do we have a physical shop?

No. We have been operating online since the start of the business

I did not get a respond from ToyCoin. What happened?

Kindly check your Junk Folder to see if our mail has landed there. We respond to email enquiries within 24 hours on working days.

Order Enquriies

How long can I keep my preordered item(s) with you when it reaches Singapore?

We are only able to hold on to your item(s) for a maximum of 2 weeks due to our limited storage space. Items not collected within 2 weeks will be released to the public for sale (with the deposits forfeited). Customers who does not respond at all when we contact you, will result in limitations to your account for future orders. 

The item I wanted is sold out, can you restock it?

We are able to restock sometimes. Please contact us.  

How long will my order be reserved without deposit?

Typically orders will be cancelled 24 hours if no deposit is made or customer is unresponsive after we reach out.

When is my preorder item available?

You may check under the product description for its approximate arrival. Please note that the arrival is subjected to manufacturer changes. You are encouraged to head over to the manufacturer’s website to check on the official release date. 

Will I be notifed when my preorder arrives?

Yes, we will notify you via email when the item arrives. If we receive no reply, we will drop you an SMS. If we still don't receive any reply, the order will be deem abandoned.

My item has a defect, what do I do now?

Please take photos and send it to us via email and we will get in touch with you. Ultimately, there will be some variation between products, so whether or not the exchange will happen is solely up to the manufacturers. 

My item box is dented, can you do anything about it?

Unfortunately, the nature of the packaging is to protect the figure inside, hence, we will not be able to change the box for you.

Delivery and Shipping Enquiries

What are the local delivery methods?
  1. Express: Same day delivery starting from $15.

  2. Courier: $5 per trip, we deliver your item(s) to your doorstep. 
     
  3. ParkNParcel: Items will be sent to collection points nearest to your convenience at a fee of $2.80. If you have preordered the item, this service is free. Do note that we required 5 parcels for the courier to come collect so this method efficiency varies. You can view the available locations here:

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. We will not be able to determine the shipping fees until the item is paid, packed, and weighed.

What kind of international shipping methods are available?

We choose Qxpress or Air Parcel via Singpost generally for parcels that are smaller in dimensions and weigh less than 2kg. For the bigger and heavier parcels, we are required to use Speedpost Standard. 

We generally will choose the cheapest shipping method available, but will communicate with you to see which options you are comfortable in.

What should I do if there's a change of address?

Please let us know when you receive the in-stock notification that your address has changed.

My package is lost! What do I do?

You will need to approach your local post office for assistance first. We are only able to launch an investigation only after 18 days of the posting date. Investigation is a long process and if there is a need for a refund, please understand it requires time as long as 3 months to process them. For compensation, it is up to a maximum of $60.00 for Air Parcel and $150 for Speedpost Standard or the invoice price, whichever is lower. You may opt for full price insurance with additional fees, please let us know. Any changes is subjected to Singpost’s terms and condition.  

My item came broken. What do I do?

You are required to take photos of the item’s condition first. After then, you will need to approach your local post office for compensation. You may wish to follow up with us after that.
